Privacy Policy

Effective September 11, 2026

My LORD’s Bible (the “Site”) is operated by Sun and Moon Ministries, based in Beverly Hills, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in, we collect the email address you provide, used only to send you a passwordless sign-in link and, if you choose, service notices. If you set a display name or claim a Prayer Warrior @handle, we store that too.

Content you submit. Prayer requests and responses (public or private), reading-journal notes, saved reading places (bookmarks), and reading-plan progress are stored against your account. See Section 5 of our Terms of Service for what’s public versus private.

Payment information. If you subscribe as a Prayer Warrior or give a one-time gift, your payment card or wallet details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers — Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, or a cryptocurrency wallet — never by us. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded and, for subscriptions, its status (active, canceled, etc.).

Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used (pages visited, general location, device type) via cookies and similar technologies. The Site also uses your browser’s local storage and a service worker to support offline reading and remember preferences on your device.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure usage. The Site also uses your browser’s local storage and a service worker (for the offline reading feature) to cache scripture text and remember settings on your device — this data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings; doing so may reset preferences or disable offline access until you reconnect.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see Section 6), we delete or anonymize your personal information and private content within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep records (for example, payment records for tax or legal compliance) or where content you made public has already been seen or built upon by others in a way we cannot fully unwind.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You can review and update your display name and @handle from your account page at any time. To access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at Amen@MyLORDsBible.com. We will respond and verify your request using the email address on your account.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls on our database (row-level security policies restricting who can read or write each type of data) and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at the address above and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
