My LORD’s Bible (the “Site”) is operated by Sun and Moon Ministries (“Sun and Moon Ministries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an ordained ministry based in Beverly Hills, Florida. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. See also our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. The Service
My LORD’s Bible is a free, cross-canon scripture reader offering the King James Version alongside the Apocrypha, 1 Enoch, Jubilees, the Apostolic Fathers, and other texts, together with tools such as a gematria engine, cross-references, a Bible dictionary, reading plans, and a Prayer Wall. Reading scripture is, and will remain, free. Some features — a Prayer Wall badge, private prayer requests, extra saved reading places, a reserved @handle, every reading plan with a private journal, and Bible Roulette — are reserved for supporters who subscribe monthly as a “Prayer Warrior” (see Section 4).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit content on the Site. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at Amen@MyLORDsBible.com and we will remove it.
3. Accounts
Signing in uses a passwordless email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for all activity under your account. You may set a display name and, as a Prayer Warrior, reserve a unique @handle; both are subject to our content rules in Section 6 and may be reclaimed or reset if they violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the address above.
4. Prayer Warrior Subscription
The Prayer Warrior subscription is a recurring monthly gift processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. One-time gifts made via Cash App, PayPal, or crypto are handled directly by those third-party providers and are separate from the subscription. All gifts and subscription payments are voluntary support for the ministry and, unless required by law, are non-refundable once processed.
5. User Content
“User Content” means anything you submit to the Site — prayer requests and responses (public or private), reading-journal notes, a display name, and an @handle. You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Sun and Moon Ministries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Site — for example, showing your public Prayer Wall post to other visitors, or your display name next to a response you write.
Prayer requests and responses you mark public appear on the Prayer Wall and are visible to anyone who visits it, including people who are not signed in. Prayer requests you mark private, and your reading-journal notes, are visible only to you and, where our moderation process requires it, to site administrators. Choose what you share accordingly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post or transmit User Content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person’s rights;
- is hateful, harassing, or abusive — including slurs or derogatory language targeting a person or group’s religion, ethnicity, race, national origin, sex, disability, or sexual orientation;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone;
- is spam, advertising, or solicitation unrelated to prayer and scripture;
- contains malicious code or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site; or
- uses an @handle or display name that is obscene, hateful, or impersonates another person or entity.
Public Prayer Wall requests are held for review before appearing; private requests and journal entries are not reviewed unless reported. Any user can report a specific request or response, or a person, as inappropriate. We may remove content, reset a display name or @handle, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, at our discretion.
7. Not Professional Advice
The Prayer Wall and prayer-request features connect you with other believers offering prayer and encouragement — they are not licensed pastoral counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, or legal advice, and responses from other users reflect their own views, not ours. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services directly.
8. Intellectual Property
The scripture texts, translations, and reference works on the Site are drawn from public domain sources or used under the open licenses noted in the Site’s footer and source documentation, and remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable. The Site’s own design, original commentary, compiled reading plans, and software are the property of Sun and Moon Ministries and may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except as needed for personal, non-commercial reading (including the Site’s own offline-download feature).
9. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on third-party providers to operate — including Supabase (accounts and data storage), Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, and cryptocurrency wallets (payments), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of those providers’ payment or analytics features is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every text or cross-reference is free of transcription error — hand-transcribed and original-language texts in particular are flagged as in-progress where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun and Moon Ministries and its ministers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including an active subscription, if you violate these Terms, without liability to you, though we will not charge a subscription after termination.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
