Mishnah Maasrot ("Tithes"), in the order Zera'im (Seeds). The first tithe given to the Levites (Numbers 18:21-24): which produce must be tithed and at what point it becomes liable. The Mishnah is the first written code of Jewish oral law, compiled in the land of Israel about AD 200 under Rabbi Judah the Prince; it is rabbinic law and teaching, not scripture. English by Joshua Kulp (Mishnah Yomit), Hebrew from the Torat Emet edition.
