The Mishnah with the Talmud
Each tractate of the Mishnah, mishnah by mishnah, with the Talmud's discussion of it folded underneath: the Babylonian Talmud where an open translation exists (so far Berakhot, Sukkah, Ta'anit, Megillah, Chagigah and Makkot), then the Jerusalem Talmud, which covers the first four orders and part of Niddah. Tractates with neither show the Mishnah alone. This is rabbinic law and teaching, not scripture; see What Is the Talmud?
