In historical use by: Catholic (the Roman Rite, in the Tridentine form used until the liturgical reform of the 1960s) — The Masses of the nineteenth Sunday after Pentecost to the twenty-fourth, or last, in the English of F. C. Husenbeth's 1853 Missal for the use of the Laity. A liturgical text of the Catholic Church, not scripture: its Epistles and Gospels are readings from Scripture, but the rest is prayer. The form carried here is the one in use from the Council of Trent until the 1950s reform; the Church has since revised the rite. English only for now; the Latin is to be added.

The Masses of the nineteenth Sunday after Pentecost to the last Sunday after Pentecost, in English, as printed in the Rev. F. C. Husenbeth's Missal for the use of the Laity (London, 1853), in the form used from the Council of Trent until the liturgical reform of the 1950s. The earlier Sundays are in the preceding books. This is the English only; the Latin of the chants and psalms is to be added. The words in square brackets are the Missal's own headings and directions. A liturgy of the Catholic Church, not scripture.
