Attributed to the apostle John; author unknown, date uncertain. A short later apocalypse in which John, alone on Mount Tabor after the Ascension, asks the Lord about His coming and is shown what will happen. Not the Book of Revelation, which is scripture in the New Testament; this is a separate, later writing that is part of no church's canon.
