Written in the voice of Solomon but by an unknown Hellenistic Jewish author, almost certainly in Greek, likely in the 1st century BC or possibly early 1st century AD. Praises divine Wisdom personified, defends the suffering of the righteous, and contrasts the fates of the just and the wicked -- influential on early Christian thought about the Logos.
