My LORD’s BibleTestament of Simeon 3
1BEHOLD I have told you all things, that I may be acquitted of your sin.
Ἰδοὺ εἴρηκα ὑμῖν πάντα, ὅπως δικαιωθῶ ἀπὸ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ὑμῶν. (6966)
2Now, if ye remove from you your envy and all stiff-neckedness, is a rose shall my bones flourish in Israel, and as a lily my flesh in Jacob, and my odour shall be as the odour of Libanus; and as cedars shall holy ones be multiplied from me for ever, and their branches shall stretch afar off.
Ἐὰν δὲ ἀφέλητε ἀφ' ὑμῶν τὸν φθόνον καὶ πᾶσαν σκληροκαρδίαν, Ὡς ῥόδον ἀνθήσει τὰ ὀστᾶ μου ἐν Ἰσραήλ, καὶ ὡς κρίνον ἡ σάρξ μου ἐν Ἰακώβ, καὶ ἔσται ἡ ὀσμή μου ὡς ὀσμὴ Λιβάνου· καὶ πληθυνθήσονται ἅγιοι ἐξ ἐμοῦ ἕως αἰῶνας αἰώνων καὶ οἱ κλάδοι αὐτῶν εἰς μακρὰν ἔσονται. (23144)
3Then shall perish the seed of Canaan, and a remnant shall not be unto Amalek, and all the Cappadocians shall perish, and all Hittites shall be utterly destroyed.
Τότε ἀπολεῖται τὸ σπέρμα Χαναάν καὶ ἐγκατάλειμμα οὐκ ἔσται ἐν τῷ Ἀμαλήκ, καὶ ἀπολοῦνται πάντες οἱ Καππαδόκαι καὶ πάντες οἱ Χετταῖοι ἐξολοθρευθήσονται. (10915)
4Then shall fail the land of Ham, and all the people shall perish.
Τότε ἐκλείψει ἡ γῆ Χάμ, καὶ πᾶς ὁ λαὸς ἀπολεῖται. (3310)
7For the Lord God shall appear on earth, and Himself save men,
ὅτι Κύριος ὁ Θεός, μέγας τοῦ Ἰσραήλ, φαινόμενος ἐπὶ γῆς ὡς ἄνθρωπος καὶ σώζων ἐν αὐτῷ τὸν Ἀδάμ. (10424)
8Then shall all the spirits of deceit be given to be trodden under foot, and men shall, rule over wicked spirits.
Τότε δοθήσεται πάντα τὰ πνεύματα τῆς πλάνης εἰς καταπάτησιν καὶ οἱ ἄνθρωποι βασιλεύσουσιν τῶν πονηρῶν πνευμάτων. (11798)

9Then shall I arise in Joy and will bless the Most High because of his marvellous works, because God hath taken a body and eaten with men and saved men.
Τότε ἀναστησόμαι κἀγὼ ἐν εὐφροσύνῃ καὶ εὐλογήσω τὸν ὕψιστον ἐπὶ τοῖς θαυμασίοις αὐτοῦ ὅτι ὁ Θεὸς σῶμα λαβών, καὶ συνεσθίων ἀνθρώποις ἔσωσεν ἀνθρώπους. (19355)

10And now, my children,, and Judah, and obey Levi and Judah, and be not lifted up against these two tribes, for from them shall arise unto you the salvation of God.
Καὶ νῦν, τέκνα μου, ἐπακούσατε τοῦ Λευὶ καὶ τοῦ Ἰούδα καὶ μὴ ἐπαίρεσθε ἐπὶ τὰς δύο γενεὰς ταύτας, ὅτι ἐξ αὐτῶν ἀνατελεῖ ἡμῖν τὸ σωτήριον τοῦ Θεοῦ. (13698)
11For the Lord shall raise up from Levi as it were a High Priest, and from Judah as it were a King, God and man, He shall save all the Gentiles and the race of Israel.
Ἀναστήσει γὰρ Κύριος ἐκ τοῦ Λευὶ ὡς ἀρχιερέα καὶ ἐκ τοῦ Ἰούδα ὡς βασιλέα Θεὸν καὶ ἄνθρωπον οὗτος σώσει πάντα τὰ ἔθνη καὶ τὸ γένος τοῦ Ἰσραήλ. (13534)
12Therefore I give you these commands that ye also may command your children, that they may observe them throughout their generations.
Διὰ τοῦτο ταῦτα ἐντέλλομαι ὑμῖν ἵνα καὶ ὑμεῖς ἐντέλλεσθε τοῖς τέκνοις ὑμῶν, ὅπως φυλάξωσιν αὐτὰ εἰς τὰς γενεὰς αὐτῶν. (13543)
13And when Simeon had made an end of commanding his sons, he slept with fathers, an hundred and twenty years old.
Καὶ ὡς συνετέλεσεν Συμεὼν ἐντελλόμενος τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ, ἐκοιμήθη μετὰ τῶν πατέρων αὐτοῦ ὢν ἐτῶν ἑκατὸν εἴκοσι. (14011)
14And they laid him in a wooden coffin, to take up his bones to Hebron. And they took them up secretly during a war of the Egyptians. For the bones of Joseph the Egyptians guarded in the tombs of the kings.
Καὶ ἔθηκαν αὐτὸν ἐν θήκῃ ξυλίνῃ, τοῦ ἀναγαγεῖν τὰ ὀστᾶ αὐτοῦ ἐν Χεβρών. Καὶ ἀνήγαγον αὐτὰ ἐν πολέμῳ Αἰγυπτίων κρυφῇ. Τὰ γὰρ ὀστᾶ τοῦ Ἰωσὴφ ἐφύλαττον οἱ Αἰγύπτιοι ἐν τοῖς μνήμασι τῶν βασιλέων. (19949)
15For the sorcerers told them, that on the departure of the bones of Joseph there should be throughout all the land darkness and gloom, and an exceeding great plague to the Egyptians, so that even with a lamp a man should not recognize his brother.
Ἔλεγον γὰρ αὐτοῖς οἱ ἐπαοιδοί, ὅτι ἐν ἐξόδῳ τῶν ὀστῶν Ἰωσὴφ ἔσται ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ σκότος καὶ γνόφος καὶ πληγὴ μεγάλη τοῖς Αἰγυπτίοις, ὥστε μετὰ λύχνου μὴ ἐπιγινώσκειν ἕκαστος τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ. (19453)
