My LORD’s Bible1 Enoch 23
1From thence I went to another place to the west of the ends of the earth.
ወእምህየ፡ ሖርኩ፡ ካልእ፡ መካነ፡ መንገለ፡ ዓረብ፡ እስከ፡ አጽናፈ፡ ምድር፡፡
2And I saw a burning fire which ran without resting, and paused not from its course day or night but (ran) regularly.
ወርኢኩ፡ እሳተ፡ ዘይነድድ፡ ዘይረውጽ፡ እንዘ፡ ኢ*የዓርፍ፡ ወኢ*ይነትግ፡ እምሩፀት፡ መዓልት፡ ወሌሊት፡ አላ፡ ከማሁ፡፡
3And I asked saying: 'What is this which rests not?'
ወተስእልኩ፡ እንዘ፡ እብል፡ ዝንቱ፡ ምንት፡ ውእቱ፡ ዘአልቦ፡ ዖረፍት፡፡
4Then Raguel, one of the holy angels who was with me, answered me and said unto me: 'This course of fire which thou hast seen is the fire in the west which persecutes all the luminaries of heaven.'
ውእቱ፡ ጊዜ፡ አውሥአኒ፡ ራጉኤል፡ ፩እምነ፡ ቅዱሳን፡ መላእክት፡ ዘሀሎ፡ ምስሌየ፡ ወይቤለኒ፡ ዝንቱ፡ ዘርኡ፡ ሩፀት፡ †ወዘኒ፡† መንገለ፡ ዖረብ፡ እሳት፡ ዘ*ይሰድድ፡ ውእቱ፡ ኵሉ፡ ብርሃናት፡ ሰማይ፡፡
